Belphegor. princecreepshow Kyoya hates Bel's guts, and will not hesitate a single moment to call Bel 'Fake Prince', or anything of the sorts. He think Bel is weak; he lost interest in fighting him during the Sky Battle and he found out that Bel can't use magic, but uses wires to make his knifes dance. That's no fun, right? But if he do spot Bel, he won't hesitate to bick a fight, because he feel it has been awfully lacking as of late, and it's annoying him.

Sakuya. timeinhishands They don't seem to have much intereaction as a family overall. Or at all, really. Kyoya is much often out the house, so even if Blue happen to be home, they don't really meet.

Pope Alessandro XVIII. nyanpire At first, Kyoya was interested in Nyanpire because he is a talking cat. A talking cat that disturbed his nap under the tree in his garden. Then he got more interested, as he also became more and more amused by the cat's antics. Nyanpire is one of few that Kyoya might or might not consider as a friend, but that won't be his answer if he is asked. Besides, Nyanpire really reminds him of Hibird, for some reasons.

Cain Knightlord. kinship Well, there could be worse people for neighbours, he guesses. The first person that Kyoya met when he came to Mayfield (and that includes before his 'family'), was Cain, who spotted him through the window. Kyoya may think that Cain is nothing but a herbivore, as he does almost all other people, but he might think that he's alright a person, none the less. If only he wasn't so set on making Kyoya 'nice' that is. However, with time passing, and Cain starting to try to coax him into agreeing that they're friends (and having Hibari agree to a compromise that he would smile and Cain would leave him alone; although Cain blew it) Hibari might be starting to realize that they actually are friends of sorts.

Tohsaka Rin. gandere Kyoya and Rin seem to meet each other a lot. And then that means a lot. Kyoya think she is annoying and loud, and don't really like her, because he don't like being scolded about where he choose to sleep and not sleep. He does not like to sleep in his so called 'home', do you hear? And maybe it would be wise for them to stop bickering about pointless things, like the mail, but that's just the way the relationship seem to have developed. Key-Fu.monk_of_keyfu  This guy is just weird. He talk weird, he act weird. There's not much more to say, except that what? Is Hibari some sort of Tree Sprite to you or something?
